Decision on the Single Course Exam Before the Maximum Study Period Ends
The decision regarding whether the single course exam, specified in Article 44(c) of Law No. 2547, can be taken before the expiration of the maximum study period was evaluated at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting on 19.02.2025. Following the examination, it was determined that there is no provision in the law preventing the single course exam from being taken before the maximum period expires.
Accordingly, students will not have to wait for the maximum study period to end in order to take the single course exam. Students who meet the following conditions will be allowed to take the exam without having to retake the course:
This decision has been made to prevent students from facing irreparable academic difficulties and has been added to the principles established at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting on 14.02.2024.
We wish all our students success.
