The students of the History Department started a campaign and donated nearly a thousand books collected in approximately two months to Aksaray's two High Schools. Last year the students had carried out a similar activity and provided books, shoes, and clothing to the students of a village school in Aksaray.
During this event, the students had the opportunity to meet and chat with the students and answered their questions about the university. The Head of History Department Prof. Dr. Necmettin AYGÜN stated that they are always trying to support and encourage such activities.
